Eagle PC Consulting (renamed to Eagle Consulting LLC) was founded in 2002 as a  research,  business and information technology consulting firm for building and maintaining relationships within the community. The people at Eagle Consulting LLC work to educate and to motivate individuals and organizations by continually encouraging them to discover their true potential.

The ability to change rapidly or actively transfer acquired knowledge is not typically associated with most traditional organizational structures.   Due to advances in technology, globalization, and the evolving environment, this traditional model must make changes to meet the daily challenges faced in today’s rapidly developing world of technology.

An organization must take every opportunity to discover its strengths and weaknesses, and make the needed changes to remain viable and sustainable.  A strategy must be developed based on information gathered, and the organization must discover and act upon opportunities for improvement without allowing obstacles to get in the way.

In today’s fast-paced, technology-driven, multi-generational era, the organization must take proactive steps toward understanding the need for innovation, education, and the transfer of knowledge. The professional staff at Eagle Consulting LLC strive to share their knowledge and to cultivate learning environments for meeting these organizational challenges within the field of informatics, education, technology, and agriculture.

The “Informatics” discipline is defined as the study and practice of creating, storing, finding, manipulating and sharing information. This field extends one’s technical background to be used to develop solutions that meet the world’s information challenges.

Learning is a lifelong process of gathering skill sets and knowledge to overcome obstacles, but when you add to the body of knowledge and share this knowledge, then it becomes a legacy.
